Level System
Our prices are a range based on our level system, which reflects the stylist's experience, expertise, and demand.
Aspiring stylists begin their careers in a rigorous training program as an associate working hand-in-hand with their trainer as a team. Upon graduating from an associate and taking the floor as a new stylist, they launch their career as a Level 3 Stylist. From there on, as the stylist improves their craft and builds their clientele, their demand of time increases and they move to the next level. Pricing for each level is available when booking over the phone, in-salon, or upon consultation.
Our level system allows clients to get their ideal look while staying within their beauty budget. If you are looking for more affordable pricing, you can elect to receive great service from one of our Level 1-3 stylists. If you desire a premium service from a very experienced stylist, look to book your services with a Level 4-8 stylist.
Ala Carte
We recognize that every individual is unique, so all of our services include a pre-service consultation. Your stylist will customize the service specifically for your lifestyle, hair texture, and desires. All services are a starting point for average length and texture of hair. Additional time or product may be required for your specific texture, length, or density of hair.
Quote before we create: We do everything ala carte and strive to provide you a look within your beauty budget. Our goal is to be upfront with no surprises regarding what you'll pay. Your stylist will work with you to customize the treatment plan for your hair and desired look before the appointment begins. Please bring photos and ideas to your appointments, along with your beauty budget.

Custom Extensions

We have certified extension experts ready to help you achieve the hair of your dreams.
We offer Tape in Extension, Single Bond Extension, Single Bead Extensions, and Hand-tied hair extensions that require no tape, glue or heat for application.
Hand-tied extensions can be used to add fullness and/or length. The greatest difference in choosing hand-tied hair extensions is that they blend seamlessly to your natural hair and texture.

She has worked behind the chair, taught in top salons across the county, and made her mark on the world at fashion week and on video. As a sought-after trainer for a top global color company, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with other industry professionals.
Elizabeth is passionate about creating personalized looks that are tailored to each client's needs and lifestyle, and she prides herself on her ability to create dimension, movement, and effortlessly lived-in styles. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her numerous accolades, including being awarded "Best Stylist" by the Readers of Seattle Magazine in 2014. Bridgette's journey from styling friends hair as a teen to graduating from Gene Juarez Cosmetology Academy was a dream fueled by her passion for the hair industry.
In addition to her stunning blonde and color transformation skills, Bridgette is a people person through and through. Policies
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment online or with us over the phone, you understand and agree to our cancellation policy.
At Maintenance Salon + Shop we have a strict cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is implemented for several reasons which are in the best interest of our stylists & our guests.
We kindly ask that you respect the time we have reserved especially for you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure that you provide us with a minimum of a 48-hour notice by calling us at (425)249-2388.
Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
Any appointments that are canceled day of or ‘no show’ will be subject to a 100% charge for all of the scheduled service(s).
These fees/charges will be applied to your card on account & you will be unable to schedule any future appointments until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Happiness Policy
We take pride in and stand by our work at Maintenance Salon + Shop. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days. We would like the opportunity to make it right and offer a consultation with your original service provider to come up with a plan. We do not offer refunds on any services.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange any haircare products within 14 days of purchase. Refund will be given in either a shop credit or can be returned in which the payment was received.
No returns on Gift Cards or Jewelry.
